It's a special moment when we turn over a house to a client.
It's the end of a long journey that starts way before we ever start drawing or swinging hammers - people often dream of improving their homes for years before they decide to do the work.
As Ralph from @rk_constructionco and I stood back and watched this conversation happen between Dana and our client, we both said, "This is why we do this." ❤️
We do this to improve people's lives, and to build something we're proud of, and to deliver quality, creativity, joy, and advice during one of the most disruptive times of a family's life.
We work together day in and day out, solving a million problems we never bother the client with, we go above and beyond wherever we can because we know what's best and what's right. We've done this before, so many times, and we know how stressful it can be. We feel it too, at times, as we push schedules, optimize budgets, and tackle unforeseen conditions. But we're here for our clients, and we love becoming part of the family for this short, crazy, special time in their lives. ❤️🛠️- Marilyn
