While most of our drawings are more technical in nature, we also make images like this: fun, conceptual, quick sketches to help us and our clients quickly tap into mood, feel, and concept.
Here, we did a series of studies for a community artist/musician space in Allston, MA, and wanted to get at the vibe of the space: fun, freewheeling, creative, informal, collaborative, and active. Having inspiration images to refer to is important during the whole project, not just in the design phase; during the toughest phases of construction, it's important to remind yourself why the heck we're doing any of this: to create awesome space that will support your vision. ❤️🛠️
