When we start a project, we do our own existing conditions drawings. Typically, these would be subcontracted out, but we feel it's important to get to know a space ourselves, document its quirks, spend time absorbing, listening, observing.
We've got a pretty good system down, perfected over many, many projects, and we always learn something new on each project. Here, Jason from Runcible and Josh from @studio_draw_boston work together to measure an existing space for a new project in Worcester - we're super excited to work with StudioDRAW again on a project, and to bring this neglected space to life for an amazing client.
