Understanding Demolition on a Residential Renovation

During a renovation, progress sometimes looks more like destruction!

Here, we've opened up an existing wall to deal with some water damage and to prepare for a beautiful new set of windows looking from the new kitchen to the backyard.

To the left, just out of view, is a new foundation for a brand new breakfast room that will not only give this family more room to share meals together, it will solve all kinds of weird circulation and flow issues through the house.

It is widely understood in the design and construction industry that the *most complex* projects out there are residential renovations - there are so many variables, and so many factors, and no other project type is quite like it. We love working on the tough ones, and we love helping clients navigate the process - not just from a technical perspective, but also from a human perspective.

We've been through this many times, and we're here for you! - Marilyn
